As a permit holder, we will comply with Federal, State, and County ordinances when guiding in the National Forest. Working locally with Eagle County – VBT will follow the 5 Commitments to Safety & Containment:
Daily Operations:
VBT will minimize the number of guests within our Vans for Pick up and Drop off. The base location will also be limited as we will be spreading out the check ins, keeping group sizes smaller throughout the day and following social distance protocol. Outdoor check in will also be an option and utilized for guests who do not need to enter the Base facility. The warming Yurt will also be kept to a limited number of guests and the outside area will be available with extra seating.
Cleaning:
Extra staff will be on hand daily to continue to keep the facilities and gear sanitized properly. All gear will be cleaned properly and used once daily. Hand Sanitizing Stations will be available to Guests & Staff inside and out.
Pointers for Guests:
If you have your own Ski/Snowboard Gear, you will be the most comfortable in your own Gear ~ including your own, Gloves, Goggles and Ski Helmets.
Gear we Sell: Gloves, Goggles, Neck Gaiters, Balaclava
Please Maintain Social Distancing & Wear your mask at all times inside the Base, Yurt & Transportation
